These Terms govern websites, software, and related digital services operated by Villanueva Hospitality Group LLC (“VHG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Product-specific terms presented on an official product website or at checkout also apply. If a product-specific term conflicts with these general Terms, the product-specific term controls for that product.
Use of services
You may use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the access rights, subscription, or license provided to you. You may not interfere with security, misuse accounts, reverse engineer protected components except where law permits, or use the services to violate another person’s rights.
Accounts and responsibilities
You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding credentials, and activity performed through your account. Software outputs, operational information, and AI-assisted content must be reviewed by a qualified human before being relied upon for business, safety, legal, compliance, or professional decisions.
Purchases and billing
When checkout identifies Paddle as Merchant of Record, Paddle processes payment, applicable taxes, receipts, and certain buyer-support functions. Prices, billing intervals, included features, renewal terms, and cancellation options are disclosed on the relevant product site or checkout before purchase.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Recurring subscriptions renew for the interval disclosed at checkout until canceled. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not automatically refund prior charges. Access after cancellation is governed by the product-specific terms and applicable law.
Intellectual property
VHG and its licensors retain all rights in the services, software, branding, content, and documentation except for the limited right to use them as expressly provided.
Availability and warranties
Services are provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VHG disclaims implied warranties and does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VHG will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. VHG’s aggregate liability relating to a service will not exceed the amount paid for that service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by Texas law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
